Fire Kissed Pizzas
Our pizza dough is made with Non GMO Italian Caputo Flour, purified water and natural, wild yeast, baked in a 600 degree stone hearth oven. We have a proprietary 200 year old starter and use no commercial yeast in this dough.
Wicked pizzas are carefully designed by our chefs; we ask you to avoid the temptation of substitutions on our composed pizzas in order to experience the pizzas as the chefs intended.

certification) This new recipe cooked separately in our hearth oven and has the texture of a traditional Neapolitan pizza.
