Fire Kissed Pizzas
Our pizza dough is made with Non GMO Italian Caputo Flour, purified water and natural, wild yeast, baked in a 600 degree stone hearth oven. We have a proprietary 200 year old starter and use no commercial yeast in this dough.
Wicked pizzas are carefully designed by our chefs; we ask you to avoid the temptation of substitutions on our composed pizzas in order to experience the pizzas as the chefs intended.
13-1/2 Inch average. Our pizzas are well topped.
Full size pizzas available as gluten free option (GFM) add $1.50
(Minute gluten cross contamination is possible as we are a scratch kitchen)
We are offering our full menu except for dinner entrees during lunch hours.
Curbside is only available after 4:00 PM
Take out orders during weekend lunch.
