Wicked Fire Kissed pizzas utilize old world pizza making techniques with contemporary and exciting toppings. Individually crafted pizzas are made with Organic, slow fermented pizza dough, local produce, meats; New England made cheese, in house made sauces. All cooked in our open kitchen’s 700 degree stone hearth oven. Our dough contains no added oil, and is therefore extremely low in fat, but decadent as the true pizzas of Naples Italy. It is all about the technique and the quality of ingredients.
