Wicked Restaurant uses certified organic ingredients when ever possible along with fresh local agriculture. All our Pizza dough is made with Certified Organic flour, organic yeast, and purified water. Our pizzas selections are crafted from simple high quality cheese to intricate and innovative combinations……all cooked in our 700 degree stone hearth oven.
Our pizzas are inspired by true Neapolitan pizza making techniques, but modernized with amazing and exciting flavor combinations.

About us
Wicked Restaurant is owned and created by Robert and Sheri Catania.
Rob has spent over 25 years in the hospitality business working as a partner and culinary expert with his family at Catania Hospitality Group . Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1985, he went on to be the Executive chef and then general manager of the famous Dan’l Webster Inn in Sandwich MA.
After many years of working in the fine dining and hotel business it was time to take on a new venture.
Wicked is a casual, affordable, and healthy restaurant concept that reflects much of the same qualities of his past accomplishments.
Rob is also the creator of The Catania Wine Enhancer, which is critically acclaimed and used world wide. The Wine Enhancer will be utilized on wines and spirits for a smoother brighter flavor without the headaches.
